Zero Degrees Artist Gallery presents works by established and emerging
local artists. Located in Marquette, MI and formed in August 2010, the
gallery aims to create a dynamic and diverse community of artists for
the purpose of supporting, celebrating and sharing art, while providing a
year-round retail location for artists to show their work.
We display works in a variety of mediums including ceramics, fiber, greeting cards, jewelry, mixed media, painting, illustration, woodworking, photography, sculpture and metalwork. There are a variety of unique styles with many artists incorporating upcycled or recycled materials in their items.
The gallery is committed to showing a broad range of work across many disciplines and media. We have a wide range of artisan crafts and fine art. We have aprons, blacksmithing, candles, children's clothing, children's toys, cutting boards, drawings, encaustics, felted wool hats, found object jewelry, found object sculpture, gemstone beaded jewelry, hair accessories, knitting needles, knit wool hats, magnets, mirrors, mixed media sculpture, mobiles, mosaics, oil paintings, pins, paintings, pastels, photography, purses, quilt-work, scarves, silversmithing, steel sculpture, up-cycled clothing, water color paintings, wood fired ceramics, wood turnings, woodworking, wooden furniture, wool mittens, and much more!
Zero Degrees is run and operated by the artists on display in the gallery, giving each artist experience with all aspects of running the gallery and operating a retail business location.
While we have grown immensely since opening, we are always happy to accept applications for artists who would like to submit to the jury. We have an internal jury committee who thoughtfully juries the works of new applicants.
